All computers accessing CCH University should have Windows® Media Player 10, Adobe® Flash and Adobe® Reader installed.
Is there a difference between a training "lesson" and a training "course?"
Yes. CCH University "courses," such as Introduction to ProSystem fx Tax, are made up of convenient shorter "lessons" that a new hire can easily fit into their schedule. Many CCH University "courses" have multiple "lessons."
What do I need to bring to take a course with CCH University?
While all course materials, contents and exams are online, a pen and paper to take notes would be useful. Additionally, if your firm utilizes dual monitors, a new hire can watch the CCH University course on one monitor and be in the CCH product on the other monitor for a hands-on learning experience.
Does CCH University replace CCH's other web-based and on-site training options?
No, CCH University is an additional training opportunity provided by CCH. Existing customers who are bringing new hires on each year are the ideal audience for CCH University. We continue to recommend that customers new to CCH products, meaning they have just purchased a CCH product new to their firm, are best served by attending a web-based or on-site training course led by an instructor.
What courses are available on CCH University?

How long do I have to take a course?
CCH University courses remain active for one year.

No, CCH University courses are self-study.
