Training I & II: In order to serve all of our clients in the most cost-effective manner, we offer our Training I (A & A), and Training II (A & A) courses available in a forum accessible to firms needing to train four people or fewer.
Note: Multi-Client Training Session (MTS) sessions are only available over the internet. MTS seats can be rescheduled up to one week prior to the event. For example, a Friday the 14th MTS can be rescheduled up to the close of business (PST) on the previous Friday (the 7th)
The following restrictions apply:
Five attendees (cumulative total of all participating firms) must be confirmed five business days prior to the MTS. If this minimum number of attendees is not met, all attendees must reschedule into another pre-scheduled session. Attendees will be notified via email of any scheduling changes at the close of business (PST) on the fifth day prior to the scheduled MTS.
Eight firms is the maximum number allowed in any one session.
Attendees must reschedule five business days prior to the event.

Our hands-on training courses require each participating firm to ensure the following prior to the event:
All participants are in the same room, such as a conference room at the client? office or in a room at a conference center at a hotel or training facility
Each participant has a computer with the most current version of ProSystem fx Engagement installed prior to the consultant? arrival
Updated Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel versions [including service packs]
Network connection for all participants is recommended, but not necessary
Projector used to project the consultant? computer screen
Power outlets for all participants, the consultant, and for a projector
Training files emailed from CCH Tax & Accounting saved on each participant? machine.
Training handout materials printed and available to all participants
CD-ROM and floppy drives available in case additional files are needed.
Web-based course have the following additional requirements:
Speakerphone able to project consultant? voice and project questions from all participants
Machine connected to a high speed Internet connection used for displaying the consultant? machine [connected to projector]Example: A typical setup for a web-based 10 person event would be: All participants sitting in a conference room with their own machines, an additional machine dedicated to the Internet projecting the consultant? screen, and a speakerphone available for consultant and for users to ask questions during the course.
Policies
Scheduling: Customers will be contacted for scheduling training following the processing of the order form. Until that point, any tentative days suggested to clients can be revoked and given to processed clients. Our scheduling coordinator will inform you when the days are confirmed.
Rescheduling Policies depend on the type of service. If the rescheduling does not fit the criteria below, the training and/or consulting services are forfeited, plus any expenses incurred. MTS seats can be rescheduled up to one week prior to the event. For example, a Friday the 14th
MTS can be rescheduled up to the close of business [PST] the previous Friday [the 7th].
Web-based & Onsite training can be rescheduled 3 weeks prior to the event.
If a course is rescheduled or cancelled within three weeks of the scheduled session, a 25% penalty will be charged, plus any non-refundable travel expenses, based on the number of scheduled days that fall within the three-week window.
Refunds: There are no refunds on services performed. Make-up sessions can be organized if satisfaction is not met, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
